Wilbert Silas Curtis, 84, of DeRidder, LA passed away Thursday, November 10, 2022.  Visitation will be Sunday, November 13 from 12:30-2pm at First Baptist Church.  Funeral service will be Sunday, November 13 at 2pm at First Baptist Church.  Interment will be at Sugartown Cemetery.  Rev. Steve Thomas and Rev. Steve Graves will officiate. Wilbert is survived by his wife, Barbara Stanley of DeRidder, LA; daughter, Peggy Sylvest & Benny of DeRidder, LA; son, Wilbert Darrell Curtis & Suzy of Gonzales, LA; four step-children, Jonna Ritterbeck of DeRidder, LA, John Ritterbeck & Trish of DeRidder, LA, Ashley Anthony & Slaton of Mount Vernon, IA and Scott Andrews of Houston, TX; two grandsons, Garrett Sylvest of Baton Rouge, LA and Kyle Sylvest of DeRidder, LA; six step-grandchildren; devoted Yorkie of 14 years, Probie; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
