Thomas "Tom" Wayne Brooks, 22, of DeRidder, LA passed away June 12, 2025.  Visitation will be Tuesday, June 24 from 12pm-2pm at Smyrna Baptist Church.  Funeral service will be Tuesday, June 24 at 2pm at Smyrna Baptist Church.  Rev. Tim Lee will officiate.

Tom is survived by his mother, Ashley Gill & Aaron of DeRidder, LA; brothers, Ashton Ford of Dry Creek, LA and Jacob Gill of DeRidder, LA; sister, Madison Gill Krawczyk & Chris of Lake Charles, LA; uncles, Edwin Brooks of Fredericksburg, TX and Bryan Gomez & Kelli of San Antonio, TX; aunt, Jennifer Kelly & Innes of League City, TX; maternal grandparents, Cindy Woodard of Fredericksburg, TX, Sammy Woodard & Cindy of Leesville, LA and Andy Gomez & Rose of San Antonio, TX; paternal grandmother, Sandy Brooks of Fredericksburg, TX; and step-grandparents, Clifton & Carolyn Gill of DeRidder, LA.

He is preceded in death by his father, Travis Wayne Brooks; paternal grandfather, Thomas Wayne Brooks; and great-grandfather, Melvin Rosenbuch.
