Tammie Jo Haselton, 35, of DeRidder, passed away Friday, August 23, 2013 at Beauregard Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 23, 2014 at 11am at Chaddick Funeral Home; a short visitation time will be from 9am until time of service. Revs. Jerry & Charlotte Gerhardt will officiate.
Tammie is survived by her parents, Freddie & Ethel Busby of DeRidder; son, Andrew Michael Haselton of DeRidder; sister, Melinda Freeze & Curtis of Leesville; brother, Jerry Busby & Kuni of DeRidder; paternal grandmother, Audrey Busby of Kinder; and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.
