Larry Joe Waldrip, 71, of DeRidder, LA, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2018 in Houston, TX.  Visitation will be Thursday, August 16 from 6-8pm at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be Friday, August 17 at 2pm at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Whitaker Cemetery.  Rev. Zale Lewis will officiate. Larry is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Waldrip of DeRidder, LA; one daughter, Mashell Maddux & Mike of Pearland, TX; one son, Larry J. “Jody” Waldrip & Cassie of Pearland, TX; three grandchildren, Jennifer M. Weiss & Joshua of Deer Park, TX, Stefan P. Waldrip of Houston, TX, and Miranda R. Waldrip of Magnolia, TX; four great-grandchildren, Corbin J. Weiss, Calissa M. Weiss, Zoey M. Vela, and Alivia G. Vela. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jaffie J. Waldrip & Helen L. Waldrip; his brother, Johnny R. Waldrip, and his grandson, Jonathan M. Vela.
