Helen Ruth Walton, 88, of DeRidder, LA passed away Saturday, February 21, 2026.  Visitation will be Tuesday, February 24 from 5-8pm at Chaddick Funeral Home and Wednesday, February 25 from 10am until time of service.  Funeral service will be Wednesday, February 25 at 12pm at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Newlin Cemetery.  Rev. John Andrews will officiate.

Helen is survived by her four children, Cathy Andrews & John of DeRidder, LA, Nathan Allen & Calihand of Van Buren, AR, Anthony Allen & Leshonia of Fort Smith, AR and Karen Gilbert of DeRidder, LA; nine grandchildren, Jennifer Warner & Daniel of Ragley, LA, Caleb John Andrews & Kristen of Madison, IN, Donie Jedlicka & Justin of Springdale, AR, Jonathan Allen of Van Buren, AR, Stacy Hickey of Fort Smith, AR, Daniel Allen of Van Buren, AR, Ali Whittenburg & Matthew of Fort Smith, AR, Joshua Stracener & Brooklynn of Lake Charles, LA and Clay Gilbert of Lafayette, LA; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur & Edna Goins; three sisters, Reba, Shirley and Carol; three brothers, Darrell, Ronald and Donald; and daughter, Julia Mae.
