Elizabeth Smithart, 67, of DeRidder, LA passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2026. Visitation will be Saturday, March 28 from 10am-12pm at Chaddick Funeral Home. Celebration of Life will be Saturday, March 28 at 12pm at Chaddick Funeral Home.
Elizabeth is survived by her brother, Bert Eason of DeRidder, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews, great-great-great nieces, and great-great-great-nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John & Naomi Eason; brothers, John Eason and Charles "Bo" Eason; sister, Gloria Franklin; and husband, Jean Smithart.
