Doris Elaine McDaniel, 72, of DeRidder, LA, passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021.  Visitation will be Monday, August 23 from 9am-7pm at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be Tuesday, August 24 at 11am at Chaddick Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Reed Cemetery.  Chaplain Alexandria Geovanni will officiate. Doris is survived by two daughters, Cheryl Vinson & Troy of DeRidder, LA and Shanell Lowe & Shawn of DeRidder, LA; two sons, Michael McDaniel of DeRidder, LA and Danny McDaniel of Grand Cane, LA; six grandchildren, Johnny Morris & Victoria, Chelsea Johnson & William, Keeanna Trahan, Raelyne Trahan, Jade McDaniel, and Skylar Lowe; four great-grandchildren, Gage Morris, Lori Morris, Tyler Morris, and Xander Morris; and sister, Carol Gourdon of Lafayette, LA. She is preceded in death by her parents, Oliver Harry & Emily Griffin; siblings, Clyde Creel, Jr. and Sandra Simmons; husband, Disatell McDaniel, Jr.; daughter, Brenda Gayle McDaniel; and infant daughter McDaniel.
